Taipei, April 22 (CNA) – The Association of Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Companies (APJATI) held a business matching meeting in Taipei on Wednesday (April 22) to discuss critical issues regarding the protection of Indonesian migrant workers. Topics included resolving challenges related to the costs of repatriating remains and proposals to increase the partnership ratio between Taiwanese agencies and Indonesian placement companies.

Deputy Minister of Trade Dyah Roro Esti witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between PT Tenriawaru Elite Internasional and Aurelium Global Talent GmbH regarding the placement of approximately 4,000 Indonesian workers in Germany. The Deputy Minister witnessed the signing of the agreement virtually.
